DERA GHAZI KHAN: The head of Awami Muslim League (AML), Sheikh Rasheed alleged that the change made in the law regarding the finality of Prophet (PBUH) was not a mistake but a conspiracy created by Nawaz Sharif and sponsored by his companions.
Addressing a public rally in Dera Ghazi Khan, the outspoken leader criticised the Sharif brothers and said that people will come out on roads and streets against Nawaz Sharif and he will be picked up from Jati Umera if he did not stay away from the anti-judiciary and anti-forces campaigns.
He said that the Punjab law minister Rana Sanaullah has hidden the Baqir Najfi judicial report on the Model Town tragedy and that he was the biggest terrorist in Punjab.
He mentioned the lack of facilities to people during Sharif’s government and said that after ruling for 40 years they could not even provide clean drinking water to the people and the poor were compelled to use substandard medicines but no one was paying heed to the issue.
He went on saying that over 33 billion rupees were gobbled up in the Hudaibiya Papers Mills scam, therefore he will soon approach the SC to expose the corruption of Punjab’s rulers.
