KARACHI: A man was shot and injured in an armed attack in the Aisha Manzil area of the metropolis on Monday.
According to rescue sources, an unidentified armed man opened fire on 27-year-old Abdullah as a result of which he sustained serious bullet injuries.
In a seperate incident, a man was shot and injured by muggers over resistance in Orangi Town.
According to rescue sources, two robbers riding a motorcycle tried to loot a 25-year-old man but he offered them resistance. As a result, the muggers shot and injured him.
Both the injured were rushed to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for treatment.
