MIANWALI: Nursing College of Mianwali’s lady principal was sent on a forced leave after an enquiry was ordered against her for allegedly forcing the students to indulge in “immoral and indecent” activities, a private media outlet reported on Saturday.
The students of the college staged a protest asking for an action to be taken against the principal. They were carrying the placards with slogans “we want security” written on them. The nursing students also alleged that the principal had threatened with dire consequences if failed to comply with her demands.
An enquiry has been reportedly constituted to look into the matter, which will present a report in the next four days. The authorities concerned said that after listening to both the parties, and taking the findings of the report into consideration, an appropriate action will be taken.
