Bodies shifted to Civil Hospital in Jamrud on early Friday
PESHAWAR: As many as three militants belonging to a village of Jamrud tehsil of Khyber Agency were amongst those killed in a US drone attack at Deh Bala district of Nangarhar province of Afghanistan.
All these three militants were associated with the Islamic States (IS). Their dead bodies shifted from Afghanistan to Torkham area on Friday and later on shifted to the Civil Hospital in Jamrud.
The officials said that ages of the dead militants ranging from 20 to 25 years and before joining the IS, they were part of Abdullah Ezzam Brigade of the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban, involved in a deadly attack against the NATO supplies, volunteers, workers and personnel of security forces of anti-polio drives and others.
So far two of these dead militants were identified as Shahid Hunar Khan and Sadiq Khan of Ghunday area of Jamrud. The security officials visited the Civil Hospital to collect details of the dead militants and their alleged links with any of the militant group.
