While the title and first look of the upcoming Sanam Saeed, Aamina Sheikh and Adnan Malik film did not give away much; the teaser released gives us a slight insight into what the film might be about.
From the short teaser, Asim Abbasi’s directorial venture appears to be a family drama centred around Saeed and Sheikh who are sisters. However, that is pretty much all what we can tell about the film. The teaser features some intense drama and beautiful locales.
The movie also stars Mohammed Ahmed and Beo Zafar in titular roles. Faris Khalid and Hira Hussain are all set to narrate the film.
It is pertinent to mention here, that the teaser does give out some Kapoor and Sons vibes, but whether that is true or not, that we can only tell after watching the film.
Cake is slated to release on March 30 2018.
The cast of the film shared the teaser on their social media accounts. All of them had the same caption which read, “Reminder: the most interesting individuals in your life are most likely under the same roof as you. Peel away the delicious facade of family this Spring.
