CJP directs authorities to restore Multan’s old courts

Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar on Thursday directed the authorities to restore old Kutchery (courts) in Multan and to provide complete facilities in the new judicial complex within three months.

During an open court in Multan regarding the matter of judicial complex to listen to the problems of the protesting lawyers, Justice Saqib Nisar commented that the new judicial complex has been made in haste in open fields without any facilities.

The CJP reprimanded Lahore High Court Registrar Syed Khursheed Anwar Rizvi over submission of a false report, and enquired that where will the advocates sit if it starts raining.
