22 outlaws held with arms, drugs, looted valuables in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) police arrested 22 outlaws including six women and recovered 2.680-kilogram hashish, 15 wine bottles, weapons, and two mobile phones from their possession during separate actions here on Wednesday.

The Loi Bher police station Station House Officer (SHO) along with his team raided a house owned by Kashif Imran in Bahria Town after getting a search warrant. During the raid, the police team arrested 13 persons for their alleged involvement in immoral activities and also recovered 520-gram hashish and one rifle.

The culprits have been identified as Kashif, Rehmat, Chand, Kamran, Afzal, Shakeel, Asif, Abida Parveen, Alina, Nazia Azeem, Rabia, Mala and Nadia.

Meanwhile, Ramana police station Sub-Inspector Shamas Akbar arrested accused Suleman and recovered 1.200-kilogram hashish from him. CIA police Sub-Inspector Zafar Iqbal arrested Rafique for having 520-gram hashish while ASI Shakeel Ahmed recovered two cell phones from an accused Jamal.

Industrial area police station Sub-Inspector Muhammad Ishaq arrested Umer Farooqi for possessing a 9-mm pistol. Secretariat police station ASIs Khuram Aslam and Imtiaz recovered a total of six wine bottles from Attique and Amjad. Bani Gala police Sub-Inspector Muhammad Ishaq recovered 120-gram hashish from Sajid.

Karachi Company police station Sub-Inspector Abdul Sattar nabbed Shaaban for having 320-gram hashish while ASI Zulfiqar Ali recovered 15 wine bottles from a bootlegger Imran.

Separate cases have been registered against these nabbed criminals and further investigation is underway.
