IGP orders tight security during Aga Khan’s Karachi visit

KARACHI: Inspector General of Police (IGP) Sindh AD Khowaja on Thursday chaired a meeting to review the security measures put in place for the coming visit of Prince Karim Aga Khan to the port city.

The meeting was also attended by Additional Inspector General of Police (IG) Special Branch, Zonal Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIGs), Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Special Branch and other officers.

The IGP instructed that full cooperation should be extended to the relevant institutions to ensure law and order during the visit of Aga Khan.

He also directed DIG Traffic to take concrete measures to improve the traffic flow in the city.
