KARACHI: The Larkana Science Festival is being organized by the office of Larkana Deputy Commissioner in collaboration with the Sindh Education Alliance under the lead of Pakistan Science Organizations, on December 20 to 21 at the Arts Council of Pakistan Larkana.
The event is designed to promote scientific and computational thinking among the students of the region by direct observation and participation, said a statement on Wednesday.
This will be a regional level activity, covering all districts in Larkana. In this regard, all schools, colleges and universities (private and public) are notified to participate in the program as per prescribed time limit that is 9 am to 8 pm.
The successful candidates will be given rewards while the teachers who contribute to the promotion of science education at school or college level will be rewarded with the science Excellence Achievement Award.
