LAHORE: Three bogies of a freight train derailed Monday morning at Shahdara railway station while being shifted from one track to another, according to the railway sources.

The authorities are engaged in trying to remove the derailed bogies from the track in order to clear the route for other trains, however, due to the incident Lahore-bound Shalimar Express was delayed.
