Islamabad: Two food festival in the space of a month has given the residents of twin cities plenty to look out for in an otherwise plain calendar year. Coke Food Festival 2017 has taken a step further towards becoming a national event after setting up a three day festival that celebrates food and music of the country in Islamabad for the first time. The event saw Rachel Viccaji perform on a rather quiet Friday evening, while UK bhagra band Sahara will take the stage on Saturday.
The scrumptious food dished out by 88 stalls were popular among the residents of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Rawal Lake provided the perfect setting to stage a multifaceted event. Here is a look at the 2nd day of the event in pictures:
