LAHORE: The renovation and decoration of Royal Kitchen in Lahore Fort will be completed by the end of 2017 and it will be open to the public for recreational purposes at the start of the new year.
Reportedly, the renovation project began on October 2016 and it was planned to be completed by March 2017 however due to the developmental projects running late, the sitting area of the Royal Kitchen will be opened at the end of this year.
This kitchen was in use by royal emperors in the past and now Walled City Authority is restoring it to make it an attractive spot for tourists in the premises of Lahore Fort.
