BANNU: A public relations officer (PRO) to an SP Investigations, Faheem, was killed while his wife was critically wounded when armed men attacked his house on late Sunday evening.
Police said that unknown miscreants stormed the house in Kotka Zabta Khan area of Bannu.
The attackers fled the scene soon after the incident. The body and injured were shifted to hospital.
Police said that the attack seemed to be a result of a personal enmity. However, a case had been registered against unidentified assailants and investigation was underway.
