KARACHI: Sindh Tehreek-e-Insaf Women’s Wing President Nusrat Wahid on Sunday condemned the attack on Peshawar Agricultural University, saying that the armed forces’ prompt action saved the University from disaster.

She was expressing her feelings during a meeting with members from interior Sindh of PTI women’s wing at her office.

In the press release issued later, she was quoted as saying that the terrorists were coming to Pakistan from neighbouring countries Afghanistan and India. She urged United the Nations Organisation (UNO) and the international community to take notice of the horrific incident sponsored by Afghanistan.

She further said that India’s subversive activities in Afghanistan were not hidden from anyone and that India was carrying out its evil plans against Pakistan under cover, including the provision of financial and material support to terrorists.

Nusrat Wahid also remarked that PTI was gaining popularity in interior Sindh every day, adding the party would emerge victorious in the upcoming general elections.
