RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa has said that the supreme sacrifices rendered by the officers in the line of duty have strengthened national will and determination.
According to Inter-Service Public Relations (ISPR), army chief on Saturday visited the family of Major Muhammad Ishaq in Lahore and offered prayers. The COAS said that “we cannot be deterred by cowardly acts of terrorists who shall be defeated no matter what the cost.”
Lahore Corps Commander Lt Gen Aamer Riaz was also present on the occasion.
