ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court has sought a reply from all stakeholders responsible for the issuance of illegal hunting licenses to Qatari and UAE princes in Punjab.

A single-member bench consisting of Justice Gul Hassan Aurangzeb heard the case on a petition filed by GM Chaudhry.

At the outset, the respectable judge heard the petitioner argument who prayed that illegal licences issued by the Punjab government for hunting may be suspended.

The petitioner mentioned that licence is valid only for 15 to 20 days.  He further claimed that the Punjab government issues licenses to the prince in context of personal terms.

Later on, after hearing the arguments the court ordered that all stakeholders should submit their replies within ten days and adjourned the proceeding.
