Director General Anti-Narcotics Force Major General Musarrat Nawaz Malik called on Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, here on Thursday.
During the meeting, the commitment to continue effective procedures for the elimination of narcotics in an organized manner was reiterated.
Speaking on the occasion, Shehbaz said that elements involved in the evil trade of drugs are killers of humanity and added that the anti-narcotics force is playing an effective role in the elimination of narcotics. He said that speedier steps have to be taken to curb this menace and added that we all have to struggle collectively for the establishment of a drug-free society.
