PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) Thursday gave a detailed judgment regarding the Dera Ismail Khan case as it directed the police to submit the progress report to the human rights cell on a regular basis.
The court expressed satisfaction over the security provided to the affected girl who was forced to walk naked through the village.
The court appreciating efforts of Inspector General of Police (IGP) in the case also expressed confidence in the investigation team.
It may be mentioned here that a 16-year girl was stripped naked and was forced to walk through the streets of village Garrha Matta in DI Khan by a group of armed men.
