RAWALPINDI: A man reportedly chopped off his wife’s hair for using a mobile phone without his permission the other day, Dawn reported. The accused man along with three brothers was taken into custody upon the victim wife’s complaint.
As per reports, the victim informed the police authorities that while she was using mobile phone, her husband arrived at their home in Gulzar-i-Quaid. Finding his wife using mobile phone, he was infuriated and began beating her.
She added that her three brother-in-laws who were also present when the incident took place, began beating her. She added that her husband threatened her who also chopped off her hair.
A senior police official said that the accused and his brothers were arrested on the complaint of the victim.
