  1. The earth’s rotating slowly could have devastating effects on the tectonic plates, rain and ocean hydrology. our scientists and policy makers should ponder about these changes to our echo system which may be artificially created by nefarious terrorist governments undermining third world and specially Muslim counties. In Pakistan water shortages and wastages are not taking seriously as the bulk of the nation is busy elsewhere.
