Every possible step being taken to maintain peace in city: Rangers DG

KARACHI: Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) Director General (DG) Major General Mohammad Saeed stated on Wednesday that law enforcement agencies were taking every possible step to maintain the law and order situation in the city and that their positive results could be seen in the newly achieved peaceful situation in the metropolis.

He said this during a visit to the National Institute of Management (NIM), where he briefed under-training officers on the Karachi operation.

He said that the operation would continue until peace was fully restored in the city and that no discrimination would be made against anybody in the process.

The Rangers DG was received by NIM Director General Roshan Ali Sheikh and other members of the staff on his arrival.
