LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday paid rich tributes to the bravery and courage of Major Ishaq who was martyred in an operation against terrorists in Dera Ismail Khan.
The chief minister sent condolences to the bereaved family and said that late Major Ishaq had sacrificed his precious life for the motherland, and the whole nation was proud of this great sacrifice.
We salute the sacrifice of Major Ishaq which had turned the country into a hub of peace. The great sacrifices of martyrs would not go to waste, Shehbaz concluded.
