Rangers nab six suspects including three street criminals 

KARACHI: Sindh Rangers on Monday claimed to have apprehended six accused, including three street criminals, during a crackdown in the metropolis.

According to Rangers’ spokesperson, the paramilitary force carried out targeted raids in Gulshan-e-Iqbal and Landhi areas and detained four street criminals named Fazil, Muhammad Aqib Baloch, Fahim Ahmed and Muhammad Kamran.

Separately, a Ranger’s team raided Jamshed Quarters and arrested a political worker Mohsin Mirza. Moreover, they apprehended a Lyari gang war accused Allah Bux from Saudabad area.

The accused were allegedly involved in target killing, extortion, robberies and dealing with illegal weapons in the city, said the spokesperson.

The Rangers also claimed to have recovered weapons, contrabands and drugs from their possession. They would be handed over to the police for further investigation.
