Karachi mayor, deputy mayor accused of being involved in china cutting

The Dairy and Cattle Farmer Association has written letters to Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah and National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Wednesday in which Karachi Mayor Waseem Akhtar and Deputy Mayor Arshad Vohra have been accused of china cutting, reported Dunya News.

In the letter, the Dairy and Cattle Farmer Association has alleged that china cutting in the Bhanse Colony slaughterhouse continues at the behest of Waseem and Vohra.

The Dairy and Cattle Farmer Association further said that a senior veterinary director Ibrahim Haidri was also involved in the china cutting.

The Dairy and Cattle Farmer Association also requested NAB to file a reference against both Waseem and Vohra for incurring billions of rupees loss to the national exchequer through china cutting.
