Apropos to news item circulating in different sections of media that Baloch Liberation Front (BLF) claimed killing of 15 Frontier Works Organization (FWO) personnel working on China- Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) in Turbat, it is clarified that no such incident has occurred in that area but brutal murder of 15 Pakistani nationals for which, separate probe is underway by local civil administration.
The claim of BLF followed by the media coverage is baseless, fallacious and an obnoxious attempt to sabotage CPEC. FWO is committed to serving the nation and works in remote/difficult areas across the country wherein requisite security measurements for employees and projects are ensured. It is however worth-mentioning, that such cowardly activities by the terrorists or miscreants can’t undermine CPEC, efforts of Pakistani nation, armed forces and FWO.
