Last week, the MQM-P and PSP created an alliance to contest the 2018 general elections under one party, one name and one symbol, which broke up within 24 hours with the leaders of the two parties heaping scorn on each other.
Following the alliance, Abidi had announced on the social networking site to quit the party as well as resign from parliament.
Ladies n Gentlemen from the Holy land of Karbala, I announce to quit MQMP n resign from NA251 as this is not what I believed in n stood for.
