HYDERABAD: The Hyderabad police recovered a huge supply of fake engine oil being sold in the market with the brand name of multinational oil companies.
The police spokesman Mazharul Haq Shani informed that hundreds of cartons filled with dozens of plastic bottles of between 1 to 4-litre oil were recovered.
The raid was conducted in Hirabad area from where two suspects were also arrested, he added.
The police loaded the recovered oil and two trucks and shifted the consignment to the police station. The raid’s FIR is yet to be registered.
