SUKKUR: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Manzoor Wassan on Sunday claimed that the Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) and Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) will ‘remarry’ again before the elections.

Addressing media in Sukkur, the PPP lawmaker also claimed that both the factions of MQM – Pakistan and London – were the same.

Wassan, who is currently serving as Sindh minister for mines and minerals development, said that the conflicts within MQM were also orchestrated by the federal government.

Talking about MQM-P Chief Farooq Sattar’s dissent from his party and then reconciliation, the minister said that the founder of MQM used to continue his drama for at least five to six days but Sattar couldn’t continue it even for an hour.

Commenting on the MQM-P chief’s land cruiser, Manzoor Wassan asked how people could give Farooq Sattar so many loans.

Earlier, Wassan had dreamt about the merger of MQM-P and PSP, ahead of the joint press conference by Farooq Sattar and PSP Chief Mustafa Kamal where they announced the merger.
