KARACHI: A traffic incident early Thursday left one dead, three others injured near the city’s Mosamyat area, on University Road, according to reports.
The deceased was a woman, however details about her and the injured are not available.
The injured were shifted to the nearby hospital.
The accident happened as two speeding cars collided with each other — near a U-turn near Mosamyat. This was done in an apparent attempt to save the female pedestrian, who still got hit and killed.
In a separate incident, a man was injured following a firing incident near Landhi’s Labour Square area, according to reports.
Cause of firing is still unknown.
