Four players will also be selected in the supplementary round to complete the 20-member roster.

Each team will have a budget of $1.2 million to pick a squad of 20 players.

Top international players including Chris Lynn, JP Duminy, Imran Tahir, Carlos Brathwaite, Shane Watson, Dwayne Bravo, Jimmy Neesham, Angelo Mathews, Mustafizur Rahman, Mitchell McClenaghan, Mitchell Johnson, Colin Munro, Luke Ronchi, Adil Rashid, Wayne Parnell, Thisara Perera and Colin Ingram will be up for selection at the PSL Draft.

Promising cricketers from the Pakistan Under-19 set-up and top performers of the Under-19 Pentangular Cup have also been added to the Emerging Players roster.

Starting this year, the teams also have the option to nominate players from their own ‘Talent Hunt Discovery’ section that consist of players who were discovered during each team’s talent hunt programmes but were unable to qualify into the emerging players’ category.
