KARACHI: It has been learnt that 19 children of ages 2.5 to 14 years have been kidnapped in Karachi, while the police have failed to register an FIR.
Despite the extraordinary occurrence, it is learnt that the police are not cooperating with the parents for the children’s recovery.
A petition has been filed in the Sindh High Court for their recovery.
The High Court ordered Sindh Inspector General of Police (IGP) to ensure the speedy recovery of the children and issued notices to the officials of Sindh and federal government for the recovery of the children.
