PESHAWAR: Peshawar High Court (PHC) Abbottabad bench on Saturday ordered the officials concerned to convene Balakot tehsil council meeting again and conduct vote of no confidence by abiding by the prescribed rules and regulations.
The court gave a detailed verdict in tehsil nazim and naib nazim Balakot vote of no-confidence case.
Balakot tehsil council member and candidate for tehsil nazim post Syed Ibrahim Shah said that the court ordered to conduct council meeting under the rules. He vowed to unite relevant people in the next meeting of the council and once again make vote of no confidence a success.
