Shehbaz all set to leave for London tomorrow: reports

Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif is all set to fly to London tomorrow, reported a private media outlet on Saturday.

Meanwhile, ousted prime minister Nawaz Sharif is also expected to leave for London from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Media reports further said that the former premier will return to Pakistan on November 2, prior to his hearing before the accountability court, scheduled on November 3.  Nawaz Sharif was indicted by an accountability court on October 19 over; after repeated failures to appear before the court, the court hearing corruption references against the Sharif family had issued bailable warrants for former premier Nawaz Sharif in two references.

Earlier, Nawaz was on his way to Pakistan when he took a detour and landed in Jeddah. Reportedly, Nawaz was there just to see his mother and perform Umrah, but it was also reported that Nawaz was in the Kingdom to meet some influential Saudi officials.

As both Sharifs are leaving for London so there was a fine possibility that the two brothers will hold a meeting in London to discuss matters pertaining to the party. Moreover, Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, Foreign Minister Khawaja Asif and other Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz leaders will also leave for London to travel to London in order to meet Nawaz.
