HYDERABAD: A day after the killing of Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan’s worker Naushad Khan, Hali Road police on Thursday lodged an FIR nominating two persons in the case.
The FIR had been registered on the complaint of Dilshad Khan, brother of the slain person, under sections 302, 324 and 34 of the Pakistan Penal Code.
The complainant claimed that Shahid Abbassi alias dancer and Kamran Karela allegedly shot dead Naushad when he returned home after dropping his child to school.
He stated that the two suspects were identified with the help of CCTV camera which showed the two persons riding on a motorbike while firing gunshots at Naushad.
The SHO Hali Road said that the police had arrested a suspect in relation to the case but the accused were still at large.
