KARACHI: Sindh High Court issued notices to Sindh government, Sindh Inspector General of Police and others over the petition alleging grabbing of 300 acres of land in Thatta by the leader of Pakistan People’s Party Faryal Talpur, and harassment pertaining to it.
The petitioner arguing his case told the court that the 300 acres of land that he had purchased in Shah Bandar area of Thatta district were grabbed by Faryal Talpur and other persons. The petitioner pleaded the court to issue an order to get his property back.
Besides issuing notices to the Sindh government, IGP and other respondents, the court also directed them to submit a reply by November 13.
