KARACHI: A terrorist suspected of involvement in attacks on Pakistani security forces, has been killed in Afghanistan on Tuesday, Afghan security forces have informed.
Zar Wali alias Chamto was associated with banned outfit Laskar-e-Islam (LeI) was killed in a raid in Naziyan area of Nangarhar province, the Afghan security forces informed.
The deceased was a sniper for the militant group.
According to Afghan reports, Zar Wali was alleged of involvement in the killing of four army personnel, including Lieutenant Arsalan Alam, in Khyber Agency.
22-year-old Alam along with three other soldiers was killed in a terrorist attack near the newly-established Pakistani border post in Rajpal valley in Khyber Agency on Sept. 23.
