ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) on Wednesday issued orders regarding posting/transfer/assignment of the current charge from the higher post and repatriation of an officer.
Per orders, 16 officers have been posted/transferred, one officer had been assigned current charge of the higher post and one officer on deputation had been repatriated. The officers have been directed to submit their charge assumption/relinquishment and relevant reports to the department and the directorates concerned. Human Resource Development and other concerned departments of the CDA had issued orders after approval from CDA chairman, and competent authority as well.
One Grade-18 Officer Dr Sultan Muhammad, serving as Medical Officer (BS-17) at CDA Hospital, had been assigned the current charge of Associate Dermatologist (BPS-18), in addition to his own duties for a period of three months in terms of Article 4.33 of CDA Employees (Service) Regulations, 1992 with the approval of CDA chairman.
Vide another office order, one BS-18 officer Shahbaz Tahir Nadeem of Pakistan Administrative Service and presently posted as CDA Emergency and Disaster Management director, on deputation basis had been repatriated.
The officers posted/transferred included, P&E Directorate Statistical Officer Saleem Minhas to AOIT Directorate, Capital hospital Audit Officer Mudassir Yaqoob Butt had been posted to Complaint-I Accounts Directorate, Complaint-I Accounts Directorate Accounts Officer Matloob Ahmed Bhatti had been posted to Capital hospital, Nadeem Aslam DAO from Sports and Culture Directorate had been posted to Planning Wing, Zubair Huwssain DAO posted from C.E Lab G&H Directorate to Sports and Culture Directorate. Similarly, Adil Butt had been transferred from Revenue Directorate to C.E Lab G&H Directorate, Funds-II Accounts Directorate Audit Officer Naushad Ali to Revenue Directorate, Admin Audit Directorate Assistant Audit Officer Mushtaq Ahmed had been posted to Funds-II Accounts Directorate, Advisory Cell Audit Assistant Audit Officer Muhammad Saleem posted to Audit Directorate Admin Section, Muhammad Shafiq DAO from Maint-II Division to Works-I Division, Abdul Waheed DAO from Works-I Division to Water Distribution, Muhammad Abdi DAO from Water Distribution South to Main-II Division. Furthermore, Rafaqt Ullah DAO had been transferred from Lands Directorate to Health Directorate, Noman Ali DAO from Health Directorate to P/A-I Accounts Directorate, Muhammad Safeer DAO from Special Project-I Division to Sanitation Directorate and Muhammad Shakeel DAO from Sanitation Directorate to Special Project-I Division.
