LAHORE: Begum Kulsoom Nawaz, the wife of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, was hospitalised again after her health condition deteriorated.
This was stated by her daughter Maryam Nawaz, in a tweet. She said, “Ami is hospitalised again; earnest request for prayers.” It is to be mentioned here that the former first lady is undergoing treatment in London for throat cancer.

She has undergone many procedures for the ailment in recent days and is yet to recover.
Maryam is in Lahore and visiting different areas of NA-120 Lahore from where her ailing mother was elected as a member of the National Assembly in last month by-election.
It is pertinent to mention here that Kulsoom Nawaz was hospitalised when her health condition worsened.
However, she was discharged from hospital after her condition improved. Her health condition once again deteriorated due to post-chemotherapy complication.
