Cleanliness drive by seminary students appreciated

KARACHI: Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Naib Amir Asadullah Bhutto here on Monday appreciated students of a local seminary for carrying out a cleanliness drive in their seminary, as well as, vicinity.

According to details, students of Jamia Al-Rasheed in Ahsanabad started a week-long cleanliness drive to improve sanitary conditions of their area. He appreciated the seminary students and said that cleanliness is an integral part of our faith.

He urged seminary students of other areas to follow suit and clean their educational institutional, their surroundings and streets. He said if the students of schools, colleges, universities and seminaries play their due role in creating awareness, and also lending a helping hand in improving sanitary conditions of the city, many diseases could be checked from further spreading.
