Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) Special Court Judge Raja Pervez Akhtar Tuesday adjourned hearing of ‘Ephedrine Quota Case’ of former MNA and Metro Bus Service Chairman Hanif Abbasi till October 19 after recording statement of ANF investigation officer Inspector Imtiaz Shah.
The hearing of the petition regarding freezing bank accounts of Hanif Abbasi and his family was adjourned till October 19. Eight accused nominated in Ephedrine case including owner of Grace Pharma, Hanif Abbasi, Basit Abbasi, production manager Ghazanfar Ali, factory manager Siraj Ahmed Abbasi, quality control manger Nasir Khan and marketing manager Rana Mohsin Khurshid, Nazakat Khan and Ahmed Bilal were present in the court.
With the outset of the proceeding, the court expressing resentment instructed the accused to ensure timely attendance in the court.
