LAHORE: Foreign Minister Khawaja Asif called on Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Friday. During the meeting, political situation, as well as, the national affairs came under discussion in detail.
The chief minister said that collective approach is needed to move the country forward as politics is the name of public service and the hollow slogan of new Pakistan cannot bring any change. One has to work hard to change the situation, he added.
He said the political elements leveling baseless allegations and engaged in falsehood have lost their credibility and the people will choose the politics of public service, honesty and trust in the election of 2018.
