PDWP approves 2 development schemes worth Rs3030.9m

LAHORE: The Punjab Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) has approved two schemes of development sectors with an estimated cost of Rs3030.968 million.

The said schemes were approved in the 20th meeting of PDWP for current fiscal year 2017-18, held under the chair of Planning and Development (P&D) Chairman Muhammad Jahanzeb Khan here on Friday.

P&D Secretary Iftikhar Ali Sahoo, all members of the Planning & Development Board, provincial secretaries concerned and other senior representatives of the relevant provincial departments also attended the meeting.

The approved development schemes included: Widening of Aik Moria Pull, Lahore (Revised) at the cost of Rs 703.600 million and Improvement/Rehabilitation of Rawalpindi Murree Kashmir Road km.66 to 104 length=38 km, Rawalpindi (Revised) at the cost of Rs 2327.368 million.
