Islamabad: Local administration and district police has failed to carry out a successful anti-drug crackdown against drug dealers who are openly selling drugs at Quaid-i-Azam University (QUA) campus.
According to details, the open use of drugs continued unabated in Quaid-e-Azam University as its administration had failed to monitor unlawful activities around the varsity’s campus.
Reports have suggested that the students use drugs while sitting near the university’s transport office or hiding themselves in a ground covered by thick foliage.
On the request of university management, the issue was also raised in the National Assembly Standing Committee but so far no action had been taken in this regard.
