ISLAMABAD: Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Muhammad Zakaullah farewell on Thursday called on President Mamnoon Hussain and Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, separately.
Admiral Zakaullah called on President Mamnoon at the President House. The president acknowledged and commended the remarkable services of Admiral Muhammad Zakaullah as the head of the Pakistan Navy. The president also highlighted that Admiral Muhammad Zakaullah has discharged his responsibilities in the best professional manner during his tenure of service which augmented maritime defence of the country and as well as the national confidence in the Pakistan Navy.
The president further hoped that his successor will continue his legacy with the same zeal and zest.
Speaking to the naval chief at the Prime Minister’s Office, the prime minister appreciated long meritorious services of the outgoing Admiral Zakaullah rendered in the defence of the country.
