RAIWIND: A robber was killed while two others managed to escape in an exchange of fire with police here on Tuesday.
Police reports said that the ‘encounter’ allegedly took place in Raiwind, where armed robbers snatched a bike from a citizen and tried to escape the scene.
Upon sight of police, the robbers opened fire which led to the encounter.
One robber was killed in the fire exchange, while the other two managed to escape, leaving behind the snatched bike and body of their cohort.
