KARACHI: A delegation led by Kheeal Das Kohistani, the general secretary of Sindh’s Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (minority wing), called on the Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) Board of Governors’ Chairman Amjad Malik at his chambers on Thursday.
The delegation discussed issues relating to the overseas Pakistanis with the chairman.
Barrister Amjad Malik vowed to resolve all the issues in the particular timeframe. He confirmed that advisory council set by OPF has representation of minorities and it was considering increasing that representation, said a message received on Friday.
Kohistani showed appreciation of the initiatives taken by the former prime minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and the continuity of such actions by incumbent Prime Minister Shaid Khaqabn Abbassi. He lauded the statements of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leadership that this country will be led in compliance with the vision of Mohammad Ali Jinnah.
Participants included Kheeal Das Kohistani Kohistani, Azhar Ohri, Adan Farhaj, and Emanual Mughal. Azad Jammu Kashmir Supreme Court’s former registrar Idrees Mughal also attended the meeting.
