LAHORE: After being posted as Water Resources federal secretary, Punjab Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) Shamail Ahmad Khawaja on Friday paid farewell visits to various departments working under the administrative control of Services & General Administration Department, before relieving his duties as Punjab ACS. Shamail held the post of ACS for 2 years.
Shamail paid visit to the Punjab Forensic Science Agency (PFSA) at Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore. He also visited the “Shuja Khanzada Crime Scene Investigation Institute” established at PFSA where more than 80 persecutors and scientists from Drug Testing Laboratory are being imparted training for one year duration in criminology. He also paid farewell visit to VIP Flight Complex at Lahore Airport.
The officers of various wings of Punjab Services and General Administration Department also arranged a farewell reception in his honour of Shamail Ahmad Khawaja and paid high tributes for his welfare oriented approach.
