KARACHI: A suspected robber was shot and injured by police near Khawaja Ajmer Nagri area of the metropolis on Friday.
According to police sources, the robber was looting people at gunpoint near Khawaja Ajmer Nagri when a police team intercepted him and opened fire in which he sustained bullet injuries in his leg. The accused was identified as Aqib, son of Muzhir, aged 26. He was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for treatment.
