LAHORE: US Consul General Ms Elizabeth Kennedy Trudeau called on Punjab Minister for Labour & Human Resource Raja Ashfaq Sarwar at Social Security Headquarters on Wednesday.
Matters of mutual interest were discussed in the meeting. The provincial minister said that the bilateral relations of Pakistan and US are decades old and we must benefit from each other keeping in view the age old relations. Both dignitaries agreed to work together in every field for the betterment of people’s welfare.
The US consul assured the provincial minister that US is ready to cooperate in every field including labour and human resource. They agreed that there is a dire need to strengthen the bilateral ties and to create such a congenial environment where the relations of both countries should flourish.
