KARACHI: Federal Minister for Climate Change Mushahidullah Khan on Wednesday denied rumours of a rift within the party, adding that former interior minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan is part of the party and is loyal to Nawaz Sharif.
Speaking in a TV programme, he said that in the past political parties have been led from London, referring to Muttahida Qaumi Movement-London chief Altaf Hussain.
“The parties have been led for more than 20 years from London, with advanced technology now at hand it is not an issue anymore,” he said, indicating that other parties could also do the same.
The PML-N leader maintained that former prime minister Nawaz Sharif will soon return to Pakistan, saying that Nawaz has an experience of facing such political situations.
“It is not something new. We have seen jail, political exiles, we have experienced all these things and can face it again,” he added.
Nisar is as loyal to Nawaz as Brutus was to Caesar.
